We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team and work on enterprise systems and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and data analysis and be passionate about driving business process improvements and system optimization across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong SQL and database management skills
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience in process documentation, reporting, and systems analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Business Objects and knowledge of ITIL Foundations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive the identification and analysis of business requirements across multiple units, leveraging real-time data to uncover inefficiencies and improve processes
  • Partner with stakeholders (sales, finance, security, compliance) to gather, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery across all levels of the organization
  • Perform quality assurance across the system development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations
  • Conduct ongoing systems analysis, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering actionable insights
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, process flows, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership
