The IT Business Analyst role is a hybrid position, currently requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This role focuses on driving business efficiencies across North American manufacturing and distribution operations by performing data analysis to improve productivity, defining efficient work procedures, and collaborating with manufacturing and distribution personnel to enhance business processes within and across IT systems. It is suited for someone passionate about problem-solving, working with data, multi-tasking, and making a real impact on individual and team projects.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related fields
Strong communication skills — you can simplify the complex and present information clearly.
A love for data, analysis, and creative problem‑solving.
An organized, proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 25% across the U.S., Canada, and and Mexico to experience firsthand how our systems power real operations.
