About The Position

All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and dedicated HP Hardware Break/Fix Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. All applicants must have a CompTIA A+ Certification

Requirements

• CompTIA A+ Certification Required
• Proven experience as a hardware technician, preferably with HP products.
• Strong knowledge of HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on HP products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Perform break/fix repairs, including component replacements and hardware upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance and performance optimization on HP hardware.
• Document all repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and clients.
