About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on HP products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Perform break/fix repairs, including component replacements and hardware upgrades. Conduct routine maintenance and performance optimization on HP hardware. Document all repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in a clear and concise manner. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and clients. Qualifications: CompTIA A+ Certification Required Proven experience as a hardware technician, preferably with HP products. Strong knowledge of HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
