Vanguard is hiring an IT Audit Manager for the Global Technology Audit Services Team (GTAS)! This role is crucial for providing assurance and consulting on technology risks and controls across various IT platforms and security domains, including Governance, Regulations, and Compliance, infrastructure, SDLC, change management, application security, data and network security, access controls, threat and vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, and physical security. In this role, you will lead risk-based audits to evaluate internal controls and influence senior management to improve the control environment. Collaboration with stakeholder groups across divisions is key to implementing the audit coverage strategy for critical risk topics. Ideal candidates should possess strong critical thinking, project management, relationship management, influence, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
