Join Masco Corporation as an IT Audit Manager and take on a critical leadership role within our Internal Audit Department (MIAD). This outstanding opportunity will enable you to coordinate and complete a comprehensive portfolio of IT audit activities, including cybersecurity, technology operations, system implementations, and IT general controls. Responsibilities Reporting to the Audit Director, you will develop and coordinate the completion of the IT audit annual engagement plan. Guide the team in identifying key risks, assessing control efficiency, and determining appropriate audit conclusions across diverse IT and cybersecurity domains. Aggregate findings and brief Masco Leadership on critical IT audit findings and trends. Drive department efforts to expand the use of data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency. Support enterprise initiatives related to governance, compliance, risk management, fraud investigation, and special projects. Develop direct report(s) using performance management including goal setting, mentoring, training, and stretch assignments. Travel requirements range from 10-20%, with potential for international assignments. Qualifications and Characteristics 6+ years of professional experience in Audit, Risk Management, or IT Security. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or accounting/finance with a concentration in information systems. CISA, CIA, CISSP, or other IT audit or information security accreditation is required. Experience using cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF. Comprehensive knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Operational Controls—such as backup procedures and disaster recovery. Strong technology skills and experience with audit software, MS Office Suite, and business analytics software. Proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, anticipating customer needs and future demands. Experience leading and developing individual team members with a focus on performance, coaching, mentoring, and collaboration. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating well, taking appropriate risks, and encouraging inclusion. A continuous improvement approach, always curious and identifying solutions.
