About The Position

Key Responsibilities Help Desk Support : Respond to user inquiries (phone, email, in-person) for hardware, software, and network issues. System Setup & Maintenance : Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and software. Updates & Security : Help deploy patches, updates, and monitor for security threats. Documentation : Create and update user guides, manuals, and IT procedures. Project Involvement : Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, or migrations. Inventory Management : Maintain IT asset databases and manage surplus equipment. Typical Qualifications Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
