Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in Information Technology or similar field
• Strong interest in learning on the job with the ability to work well both independently and with others
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis and be in office located in SODO Seattle, WA as needed (typically twice a month)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT security upgrades and updates
• Organize and document processes related to IT
• Provide support with any Salesforce interface changes
• Responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, customer service and help with any general office duties as needed
