About The Position

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking an IT Applications Manager – North America to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise business applications across North America, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EDI platforms. The position ensures regional execution of global IT standards, supports system improvements and projects, and partners with business teams to maintain reliable application performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5–10 years of IT applications experience including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EDI systems.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading IT initiatives or technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems and EDI integrations.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to handle moderate regular travel up to 30%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise systems within a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute corporate IT policies, governance, and system standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and EDI platforms across North America.
  • Manage day-to-day system operations including incident resolution, change management, system maintenance, and scheduled upgrades.
  • Lead regional initiatives related to D365 and EDI enhancements, integrations, and system improvements in alignment with global IT direction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective support, service delivery, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Partner with North American business teams to support operational needs, translate requirements, and implement approved system changes.
  • Ensure integrations between D365, EDI, and related enterprise systems maintain data integrity and align with global governance standards.
  • Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements related to enterprise application operations.
  • Lead and develop North American application analysts responsible for D365 and EDI platforms.
  • Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
  • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
