About The Position

As our IT Analyst, you’ll support the company’s day-to-day technology environment while also contributing to reporting, business applications, and internal IT initiatives. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with users, solving practical problems, and expanding their skills across multiple areas of IT. Position Summary The IT Analyst supports the company’s day-to-day technology environment. This role blends end-user support, ERP and business application support, reporting, and internal IT projects. You’ll work directly with employees across the organization to troubleshoot issues, support enterprise systems, assist with reporting and automation, and contribute to technology initiatives that improve how our teams work.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, or VBA
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, SQL, or Python
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud platforms such as Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Azure Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation are a plus
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for end users and enterprise applications to ensure uptime, performance, and user satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and access issues
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements with vendors and internal teams
  • Support cloud and on-premise systems, including platforms such as Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Maintain and enhance standard reports and dashboards
  • Automate reporting and business processes using tools such as SQL, PowerShell, or Python
  • Assist departments with ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and integrations
  • Lead or support internal technology initiatives from planning through implementation and end-user training
  • Gather and document business requirements for technology projects
  • Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams during project execution
  • Track project progress and outcomes using project management tools
