This position is responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing enterprise endpoint environments to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable technology experiences for all users. The Analyst II, End User Services partners with business stakeholders, expands internal networks, and proactively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Systems/Technology
  • 2-5 years' relevant experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced systems analysis techniques to evaluate user and organizational requirements, determining hardware, software, and system specifications for endpoint management and IT infrastructure
  • Design, develop, and refine configuration frameworks and security controls, ensuring compliance and operational consistency across platforms
  • Analyze, implement, and optimize automation solutions, including scripting and workflow development, to streamline processes and enhance scalability
  • Create, maintain, and improve documentation for system architecture, change management, and deployment processes, supporting future modifications and best practices
  • Develop, test, and validate system configurations and integration strategies, ensuring compatibility, version control, and reliability
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance and deployment outcomes, using analytical methods to identify improvements and optimize infrastructure efficiency
  • Troubleshoot moderately difficult technical issues, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build relationships across the organization, contributing meaningfully to business conversations and expanding internal networks
