We're seeking an IT Analyst who will analyze business issues/processes/systems, define requirements, and design computer programs and program workflows. The Analyst will also recommend and implement automated system controls and protocols to solve organization information issues related to Healthcare Operations and Customer Clinical Solutions. Location: this position has preference to based in hybrid work location (onsite and WFH). There may be opportunity for fully remote within a mutually acceptable location. #LI-Hybrid Required Education (must meet one of the following): Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college) International Degree equivalency Applicable certification(s) as defined by the leader +2 years additional experience Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study + 2 years additional experience Required Experience: 2-4/+ years' technical/analyst experience that includes: Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Microsoft Office SDLC Technical Gap Analysis System Requirements Gathering and Refinement Technical Test Case Development, Test Case Execution and Documentation Working on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Preferred experience ideally also spans: Health Insurance industry knowledge, with familiarity in health plan medical and case management processes Agile/SAFe framework Jiva familiarity as an analyst or engineer, including Sentinel Rules Engine (SRE) configuration and/or Clicbank Facets Proficient in AWS Snowflake Vendor communication in both a development and support capacity Experience with complex, highly integrated SAAS systems As an Analyst, your day may look like: Works closely with key team members, business partners, project managers, end users, etc. to analyze, define, model, and document system requirements and solutions. Develops and executes system test plans. Assist Business Analysts in user acceptance testing creation/facilitation Configures automated workflows in Sentinel Rules Engine Updates application system code tables Discusses and defines system issues/solutions with external vendor(s) Actively participate in project and team meetings Manage quarterly software releases, including scope definitions, test plans, runbook development, and implementation timelines Evaluates the impact of changes to IT Systems and/or IT Infrastructure Aligns system and business capability with corporate strategy As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $78,064 to $117,095 as Analyst II; $96,183 to $144,275 as Analyst III. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data.
