Role Overview We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our Deskside Support team. This role provides technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop computers, printers, and related peripherals. The IT Analyst supports the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software to ensure stable and efficient operations. The position delivers incident resolution to a large, multi-client environment as part of a customer-focused support team. The role operates against contracted SLAs and supports both internal and external customers through remote and on-site assistance. Key Responsibilities and Duties Work as part of a high-volume support team, resolving incidents and problems in line with agreed SLAs Configure and provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, network printers, AV devices, corporate phones, and other peripherals Provide remote and on-site technical support, ensuring timely and effective incident resolution Manage shipping of laptops to remote workers and collection of equipment from leavers Manage local area network and server room infrastructure Partner with global network and infrastructure teams on office-related issues and server or network room support Provide user administration and support for bespoke applications Track, manage, and maintain IT asset records including laptops, desktops, printers, and server room equipment Participate in Service Support activities including Configuration, Change, and Release Management Contribute to project work and support internal and external IT audits Ensure compliance with all documented procedures and standards Work flexible hours, including shift work and occasional weekends Participate in additional business activities as required Personal Qualities, Skills, and Experience Essential Requirements Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written English communication Minimum 2 years of direct technical support experience within a multinational company Strong customer service and client-facing skills Proven logical thinking and remote troubleshooting ability Adaptable mindset with a strong service orientation Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows across current versions Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including email platforms Working knowledge of domain structures, Active Directory, and Intune Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, and server room infrastructure High stress tolerance and strong self-motivation Desirable ITIL experience Basic server administration knowledge Network-related certifications Location Onsite - 3800 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL 32311 At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
