The IT Associate Analyst – Site Administrator analyst role is to provide comprehensive IT support and maintenance for our North American offices, plants, warehouses, distribution centers. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software, equipment and connectivity to ensure optimal performance. The analyst will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where it’s required. Additionally, this role will support specialized laboratory equipment (both hardware and software) and act as an extension of our Enterprise Technology Group’s infrastructure teams. The incumbent will handle end-to-end service delivery for assigned location(s) while maintaining alignment with service guidance and expectations while continuously improving processes and standards.

  • Provide installation and support for hardware, software, mobile devices and network components.
  • Provide advanced technical support for local network or system users. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within the specified SLT’s.
  • Measure and report on services rendered (monthly metrics and project status reports).
  • Coordinate routing and dispatching of complex PC issues, Network, Messaging, Server and other concerns to appropriate parts of the organization.
  • Recommend process and procedural improvements.
  • Interfaces and engages vendors in addressing complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams (networking, facilities, server, etc.) to maintain and support lab environments and ensure compliance with IT standards
  • 1+ years’ IT experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience with computer hardware and/or software.
  • 1+ years’ experience with network infrastructure
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service-related work.
  • 1+ years’ experience working with mobile devices.
  • Working knowledge of CISCO wireless network
  • Working knowledge of CISCO & AVAYA VoIP systems
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting issues with various network printers.
  • Understanding information technology infrastructure and computer platforms.
  • Understanding computer administration concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware and Office Suites.
  • Working knowledge and experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and associated software systems preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot specialized hardware/software used in R&D environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or 2 years of experience in enterprise-wide hardware and/or software support.
  • ITIL, Lean, and/or certifications preferred
  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred
  • Manufacturing or Research and Development Support Experience
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change priorities with promptness, efficiency, and ease
