About The Position
Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking an IT Analyst 1 in Computing Services. The Helpdesk Analyst will provide first-level technical support to faculty, staff, and other end users. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a foundational understanding of IT systems and support practices.
