This role is responsible for managing Kafene's technology infrastructure while delivering outstanding service to employees across the organization. The role combines technical expertise with a service-first mindset, partnering with teams company-wide to identify inefficiencies, optimize system performance, and continuously improve how Kafene's 150+ remote and hybrid employees interact with technology.
