Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent certifications such as A+, CCNA, CCDP, MCSA.
3+ years of experience in IT support or system/network administration, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-user environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, SQL databases, LAN/WAN networking, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple technical needs.
High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours as required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
Comfortable moving between office spaces and occasionally supporting field work.
Regular use of computers and standard office equipment.
Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for system troubleshooting and installations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with web development technologies and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Administer and maintain our local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring consistent uptime, strong security, and reliable performance.
Oversee network hardware and software, including installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Manage communication systems, including email, voice, and collaboration tools.
Lead data backup and recovery, disaster recovery procedures, and IT compliance efforts.
Partner with cross-functional teams and corporate IT to support ERP systems, web applications, and company-wide initiatives.
Deliver training and documentation to help users maximize the value of our tech tools.
Provide on-call support for critical systems (24/7 availability required on a rotational or as-needed basis).
Drive continuous improvement using data mining and process optimization.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, information security policies, and ISO requirements.
Support help desk functions, desktop and server management, and application rollouts.
