The Opportunity We’re looking for an IT Administrator who’s as comfortable managing day-to-day IT operations as they are designing scalable, secure systems for the future. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our team has the tools, access, and infrastructure needed to perform at their best.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT administration experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Strong foundation in Windows systems, networking, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Okta, Atlassian Cloud, and other SaaS management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex systems clearly and work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and deliver results.
  • This is an on-site, in-person role in our Menlo Park office.
  • Due to contractual requirements with the U.S. government, this position is open only to U.S. citizens.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Juniper and Palo Alto Networks infrastructure preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace administration and CMMC/NIST 800-171 compliance a plus.
  • AWS Knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Windows systems, Active Directory, and user provisioning.
  • Oversee network infrastructure including Juniper and Palo Alto Networks devices — switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and conference room A/V setups to keep our teams connected and productive.
  • Administer and support cloud services such as Okta, Atlassian, and other SaaS applications.
  • Ensure system security, patch management, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Document IT processes and create clear, user-friendly guides for internal use.
  • Design and implement a process for provisioning and managing CMMC Level 2 enclaves, centered on Google Workspace.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align enclave processes with compliance and security requirements.
  • Develop scalable, efficient workflows for onboarding, access management, and cloud resource governance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our IT roadmap — bringing ideas for automation, process improvement, and efficiency gains.
