About The Position

We are looking for a highly technical IT Administrator to oversee and support all aspects of the organization's IT environment. This role involves managing systems, cloud services, and security operations.

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
• IT Administration – 3+ years proven experience managing full IT operations for small to mid-size organizations
• Systems – Experience managing Windows environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Sentinel; familiarity with Linux systems
• Cloud – Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS administration
• Compliance – Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO27001, or similar cybersecurity standards
• Security – experience with endpoint protection, network monitoring, and basic infrastructure management
• Security Clearance – Must be eligible to hold a security clearance
• Communication – ability to work with technical and non-technical teams to address IT and compliance needs

Nice To Haves

• Certification – ITIL and other relevant certifications, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and support company IT systems, including laptops, mobile devices, servers, and networking
• Establish and operate a ticketing system to track IT requests and issues
• Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks
• Collaborate with management to support IT policies, procedures, and risk management
