About The Position

The Office of Information Technology Services at the University of Tennessee at
Martin is accepting applications for an IT Administrator II. This position is
responsible for providing support and collaboration across the design,
development, testing, maintenance, documentation, and administration of campus
technology projects and solutions. Delivers secure, reliable services by
creating solutions to problems identified by university stakeholders and
partners and by integrating vendor products where appropriate. Core
responsibilities include leading the administration of enterprise backup
platforms (including recovery of institutional data) and System Center
Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf for endpoint
configuration and software deployment across campuses. The role also contributes
to Active Directory, O365, GSuite, AWS, disaster recovery, file services,
VMware, HyperV, and SAN/NAS environments as part of a collaborative team. Provides training, develops testing and documentation, and offers
post-implementation support.
