About The Position

Join our IT team as an Administrative Coordinator and play a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring smooth departmental operations. This position combines financial oversight, contract management, and administrative excellence to keep projects and processes running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Vocational/Technical education preferred.
  • 0–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures, record keeping, and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual budget processes and assist with capital and expense tracking.
  • Analyze budgets and expenses, providing detailed reports to IT managers.
  • Organize and maintain IT contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for IT departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain digital signage and coworker engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and support departmental projects aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Handle general office duties including mail distribution, supply inventory, and visitor registration.
