About The Position

Role Overview: Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and training management to ensure adherence to policies and mission requirements. What This Means in Practice • On‑site performance at private client‑controlled locations is the default. • No guarantee of telework; alternate arrangements must be explicitly authorized. • Personnel may rotate between: Headquarters/central program offices; regional technical/operational centers; field/project offices; secure operational sites. • OCONUS travel is possible but not continuous — generally short‑duration planning, coordination, or specific mission support.

Requirements

  • Experience with DOJ‑style or enterprise compliance programs
  • Data integrity and remediation skills
  • Professional briefing and stakeholder interfacing
  • TS/SCI eligibility
  • 10+ years training management, compliance, audit, or regulatory oversight

Responsibilities

  • Audit units against policy and compliance standards; develop corrective actions
  • Implement control systems; prepare compliance reports for leadership
  • Develop and manage training documentation and tracking
  • Coordinate logistics and fees for training events
