The ISR Technical Intelligence Analyst will provide Program documentation, detail information analysis, maintain case files, administer correspondence and partner Agency support for Program services.

Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ability to administer daily aspects of the documentation program.
  • Ability to provide daily computer entries in the secure case management processing database/system.
  • Ability to communicate, either orally or in writing, with USMS personnel and agency contacts.
  • Ability to routinely run and manage reports.
  • Ability to maintain secure case files.
  • Ability to work with USMS personnel and federal/state/local agencies to satisfy documentation inquiries and requirements.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver written responses to assigned correspondence.
  • Ability to ensure the timely completion of assigned correspondence inquiries.
  • Ability to administer daily aspects of the partner Agency documentation program.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update the secure case management processing database/system with any/all documentation Program work products.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to Program stakeholders and representatives from other federal and state governmental components, USMS senior management and other USMS personnel, regarding all aspects of Program documentation.
  • Ensure the case files are current and the appropriate documentation is accurately maintained in the case files.
  • Accurately sanitize required government records to maintain the security of Program information.
  • Work with intelligence partners to collect, maintain and analyze intelligence data, correctly maintain the data and incorporate the data into the appropriate Program related case files, correspondence and work products.
  • Analyze the requested information, draft the necessary correspondence response and update the case management system.
  • Maintain and regularly update the secure case management processing database/system with any/all partner Agency documentation Program work products.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to Program stakeholders and representatives from other federal and state governmental components, USMS senior management and other USMS personnel, regarding all aspects of partner Agency documentation.
  • Administer daily aspects of the documentation program to include the daily work coordinated through the USMS and federal/state/local agencies.
  • Routinely run and manage reports to ensure the documentation program is accurate and up-to-date, detailing work completed, work needing to be completed and any missing information from the secure case management database/system.
  • Maintain secure case files (paper/hardcopy and electronic) and update as required.
  • Work with USMS personnel and federal/state/local agencies to satisfy documentation inquiries and requirements, including running reports, copying files and documents, and notifying personnel of action items.
  • Prepare and deliver written responses to assigned correspondence from the correspondence log, including verbal and emailed inquiries.
  • Ensure the timely completion of assigned correspondence inquiries, as operationally possible, and reflect any reasonable delays in response or satisfactory completion in reports.
  • Administer daily aspects of the partner Agency documentation program to include the daily work coordinated through the USMS and federal/state/local agencies.
  • Routinely run and manage reports to ensure the partner Agency documentation program is accurate and up-to-date, detailing work completed, work needing to be completed and any missing information from the secure case management database/system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
