Credence has an immediate opening for an ISR Systems & Architecture Integration Analyst supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A25). The Contractor shall serve as a senior technical advisor and action officer leading system integration and architecture development efforts across Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) data, systems, and architectures. This role focuses on advancing enterprise-level interoperability and modernization across the Theater Air Control System (TACS), Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), analysis, and targeting ecosystems to enhance mission effectiveness and enable accurate, timely intelligence for warfighters.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 10+ years of directly relevant experience in ISR systems, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or DoD mission systems integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility or mission-critical programs, including oversight of junior personnel and delivery of complex technical solutions.
  • Experience with Air Force ISR systems (e.g., AF DCGS, TACS, PED, targeting systems) and Joint/Coalition integration environments.
  • Experience supporting analysis of alternatives (AoA), modeling and simulation, and system architecture design.
  • Strong understanding of data architectures, system interoperability, and digital engineering principles.
  • Experience supporting modernization initiatives and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, automation).
  • Proven ability to lead technical efforts, manage complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level briefings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • The Contractor shall lead development and integration of multi-discipline ISR architectures, ensuring alignment across TACS, PED, targeting, and analysis enterprises.
  • The Contractor shall provide senior-level expertise in systems integration, enabling interoperability between AF DCGS, Air Force, Joint, DoD, and Coalition ISR platforms and capabilities.
  • The Contractor shall identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and non-materiel solutions, advising ACC leadership on adoption strategies to meet future mission requirements.
  • The Contractor shall analyze system performance, architectural gaps, and technical deficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve scalability, resilience, and mission effectiveness.
  • The Contractor shall lead or support analysis of alternatives (AoA), modeling and simulation efforts, and cost-benefit analyses for ISR system modernization and capability development.
  • The Contractor shall oversee development and maintenance of ISR architectural products, technical baselines, and data repositories, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for enterprise decision-making.
  • The Contractor shall support configuration baseline management, including governance forums that identify, prioritize, and codify ISR capability gaps and integration requirements.
  • The Contractor shall design and implement data-driven dashboards and visualization tools to track ISR tasks, RFIs, system performance, and architectural dependencies across multiple command echelons.
  • The Contractor shall develop empirical and qualitative assessments to inform senior leaders on the operational and programmatic impacts of technology integration, system changes, and architectural decisions.
  • The Contractor shall participate in and lead efforts within Joint C4ISR experimentation, system integration activities, and operational exercises, validating new architectures, technologies, and workflows.
  • The Contractor shall provide technical leadership in training and certification development, ensuring ISR systems and architectures are effectively integrated into operational training environments.
  • The Contractor shall support enterprise knowledge management, ensuring lessons learned, architectural insights, and integration strategies are captured and disseminated.
  • The Contractor shall contribute to strategic planning, implementation roadmaps, and enterprise integration strategies supporting ACC and Air Force ISR modernization efforts.
  • The Contractor shall provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding junior personnel and ensuring quality control of deliverables across assigned functional areas.
  • The Contractor shall identify risks, integration challenges, and system dependencies, and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions to improve ISR architecture performance and interoperability.
