The Field Relationship Manager is responsible for monitoring and responding to inbound telephone inquiries from a designated group of high‑producing field representatives regarding all aspects of ISP business operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact, providing timely, accurate guidance and support across a broad range of securities‑related processes. In addition, the Field Relationship Manager collaborates closely with associates and leadership to identify opportunities for departmental improvement. The incumbent contributes to the evaluation, development, and implementation of enhancements to procedures, service delivery, and operational efficiency, helping ensure a consistently high‑quality experience.
