About the role Job Summary The Quality Team Lead is responsible for supervising professional-level staff in the execution of day-to-day quality assurance activities. This includes setting operational objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving routine quality issues. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles. Position Summary: The QESH Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures that ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health standards. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and promotes a culture of safety and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of QESH experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, 5+ years preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QESH software systems
• Must be willing to travel

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QESH management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production areas
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to employees on QESH policies and safe work practices
• Monitor and report on QESH KPIs, including non-conformities, near misses, and environmental metrics
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QESH into daily operations
• Maintain documentation and prepare for external audits and customer inspections
