About The Position

This is an opportunity to join the team at the iconic Little Palm Island Resort and Spa, a luxury private island resort featuring 15 bungalows, a spa, a bar lounge, a beach, and a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Little Palm Island redefines working in paradise. The role of Beach Attendant/Dock Hand involves splitting time between assisting guests on the beach with complimentary water sports equipment and assisting arriving yachts and seaplanes. The position also includes ensuring guests' luggage is safely transported to and from their suites. The successful candidate will help guests enjoy their time using paddle boards, kayaks, sailboats, and small motorboats while working on the beach, providing an excellent and memorable experience for guests and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

Assist guests on the beach as they enjoy complimentary water sports equipment
