ISC Production Supervisor
About The Position
As a Production Supervisor here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will oversee the production operations within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit at our Metropolis, IL location. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe working environment. You will report directly to our Sr. Chemical Plant Operations Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Metropolis, IL location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of Solstice Advanced Materials by leading and developing a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and maximize efficiency. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators to meet production goals
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Train and develop production staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives
- Fulfill Emergency Response Team roles
- Life Safety Critical Permit Issuer
