About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Spokane, WA location on a 4th shift night schedule, from Thursday-Sunday. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to factory machinery, hand tools, power tools, and equipment maintenance.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Effective communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with counterpart supervisors across all shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process monitoring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating material handling equipment and familiarity with overall manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing facility with supervision experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers and production staff to meet daily production goals.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for production tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Train new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics to management.
  • Enforce safety policies within the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
