ISC Production Supervisor (1st Shift)
About The Position
As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role involves managing a team of production associates, coordinating daily activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer requirements. You will report directly to the Production Manager and work on-site in Rocky Mount, NC, on a first shift schedule. Your impact will be on the overall productivity and quality of manufacturing operations through effective resource management, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues.
