About The Position

We’re seeking an IT Asset Management & Procurement professional to support day‑to‑day technology and operational needs. This role is primarily onsite with some flexibility for remote days and plays a key part in financial processes, procurement activities, and IT asset tracking.
In this position, you’ll manage telecom and network invoices, support accounts payable and procurement workflows, coordinate hardware and software deployments, and maintain accurate asset records. You’ll also work closely with cellular and telecom providers, fulfill device requests, and resolve related incidents in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Analysis, reporting, and documentation will also be part of your day‑to‑day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience with A/P, procurement, or financial operations workflows
• Strong ability to prioritize work independently in a high‑volume environment
• Hands‑on experience with IT asset management (hardware and software)
• Familiarity working with telecom or cellular providers
• Strong organizational and operations analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor, telecom, and network invoice processing
• Support procurement and administrative A/P workflows
• Coordinate deployment of hardware and software assets
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records
• Work with cellular and telecom providers to fulfill requests and resolve issues
• Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed
