About The Position

This role is responsible for managing telecom and network invoice activities, overseeing procurement workflows, coordinating hardware and software deployments, and maintaining accurate asset records. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and can operate independently while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT asset management (software & hardware).
• Strong understanding of administrative Accounts Payable (A/P) workflows and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize high‑volume incoming requests in a deadline-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software asset management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM/HAM

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Ariba preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom and network-related invoices and support additional financial workflows.
• Perform procurement activities, including ordering hardware, software, and services.
• Coordinate deployment and fulfillment of IT equipment and cellular devices.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records using established IS asset management processes.
• Independently resolve device-related incidents or coordinate resolution with vendors.
• Complete analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed.
