This Position reports to: IS Service Manager, Cross-Functional Inf Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. Requirements

  • You are immersed in business analysis methodologies and enterprise IS architecture, with a deep understanding of the managed services market.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in supporting IS services such as managed print, UPS, and Litigation Hold, supplying both technical and process expertise to drive solution decisions.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of DellEMC Avamar, Veeam, Xerox printer OS, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks, with proven ability to apply best practices in service delivery and continual improvement.
  • You are passionate about customer service and captivated by clear, effective communication—ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction across technical and business domains.
  • Have a demonstrated track record in identifying and prioritizing functional requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for internal and external delivery teams.
  • You are highly adept in selecting, adopting, and adapting business analysis tools and techniques to shape IS solutions that align with strategic enterprise goals.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in enterprise IT environments.
  • You are at ease communicating in English, both orally and in writing, and can tailor your message to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with managed services and providers preferred
  • Demonstrated ability or experience working with critical IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of multifunction printers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and data preservation methods is a plus
  • Knowledge of DellEMC Avamar, Veeam, Xerox printer OS, and ITIL/ITSM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provides business analysis for managed print, UPS, and Litigation Hold services, supplying technical and business process/data expertise and supports decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
  • Defines solutions functionally, leveraging best practices, to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Collects and translates requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
  • Supports the IS Service Manager in incident, problem planning, and resolution
  • Confirms (on request) whether the delivered solution meets the actual specification within User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
  • Involves and supports constantly in the continual service improvement process.
  • Assists in the management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
