You will manage high-impact projects, coordinate global ticket queues, and influence the digital agility of teams developing world-changing technology right on our Westminster campus.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related experience in an IT support or help desk environment.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
  • Strong proficiency in ITSM systems for ticket lifecycle management and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patience, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
  • Solid foundation in basic network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance (printers, peripherals, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
  • Direct experience supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Linux deployment and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador for Corporate IS, delivering world-class desktop support and hardware deployment for both onsite and remote users.
  • Master a diverse tech stack by troubleshooting high-end Dell and Apple hardware, mobile devices, and integrated conference room systems.
  • Collaborate across a cohesive global IS network to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure office-wide operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of the service lifecycle, from proactive inventory control and process improvement to participating in strategic IT projects.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for a diverse community of users.
