This part-time position is responsible for providing Epic technical and workflow training and support to end users in a classroom setting. Leads end user training using curriculum designed by the Instructional Designers and supports end users with at-the-elbow go-live support for Epic implementations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in education, health care, IT or related field
• One year of Epic experience OR Bachelor’s degree
• Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to teach/present one on one, in a group session, or in front of a large audience (including providers)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree, additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical training and support to end users in a classroom setting
• Assists managers and/or end users in problem identification and participates in problem resolution activities
• Develops, utilizes and maintains required records for department and regulatory agencies
• Maintains expertise in assigned applications and departmental workflows
• Provides Epic support for Go-lives and organizational initiatives
• Other related duties as required.
