About The Position

The Business Relationship and Enterprise Application Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Information Services and partners closely with global business leaders to drive technology-enabled solutions and improvements. This role leads planning and execution of key initiatives, ensures that enterprise systems—especially JD Edwards EnterpriseOne—are secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals, and oversees a team of analysts, administrators, and developers. The manager maintains a deep understanding of business processes, identifies opportunities for innovation, and ensures effective communication of priorities and project updates across the organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, collaborative, and motivated by solving complex challenges and driving projects to successful completion.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred), along with extensive experience in IT and enterprise applications: at least 10 years in application and integration development, 7 years implementing/supporting enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), 7 years specifically with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and 5 years in business systems analysis or management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an enterprise application roadmap aligned to business strategy and oversee the full application lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and lead successful technology implementations.
  • Communicate project updates and decisions clearly through various channels (written, presentations, executive updates).
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve data quality, security, and integration across systems.
  • Manage application integrations (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) and support QA/testing with internal and external technical resources.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical applications (including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne).
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize strong technical and business skills—including analytics, planning, Microsoft O365 tools, and enterprise solution experience—to support digital transformation.
