Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field with a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of corporate business functions and processes.
  • Knowledge of available IS technologies and systems.
  • Ability to grasp moderately complex business concepts and to translate into definable business need.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with assigned local or global business units to understand business systems needs, brokers effective solutions through understanding business needs and systems options.
  • Represents customer's strategic business systems interests to other IS and internal work groups.
  • Provides input and direction regarding acquisition studies regarding Information Systems.
  • Ensures assigned customers' IS projects proceed on schedule and efficiently; assists in detailing and managing customer portfolio of IS projects and budgets.
  • Ensures customer IS system solutions are operational and that user support is provided, as needed.
  • Creates, monitors, maintains Service Level Agreements to ensure that realistic customer expectations are met.
  • Assists customers in developing project charters and alignment with specific project scope.
  • Understands how business changes are best supported and optimized through information systems.
  • Develop IS business plans with the IS executive team to meet the business's needs and advocate for the businesses to ensure their expectations are met.

Benefits

  • Salary: $97,000-$131,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
