About The Position

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking an Epic Home Health and Hospice Analyst to join our Ancillary Services Group (ASG). This role supports the Epic Home Health and Hospice application modules, as well as other Epic modules and third-party vendor applications that serve a wide range of SLHS ancillary services. The analyst will be responsible for application build, support, and optimization. They will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure that Epic and vendor applications function effectively, meet user needs, and comply with system standards. The Work: Provide IT support for Epic Home Health and Hospice, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. Respond to incident tickets and service requests, including break/fix issues and enhancements. Participate in projects across Epic applications and assigned vendor systems. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design system builds, document workflows, and support ongoing development. Create flowcharts, models, and procedures to support analysis and recommend solutions. Develop and maintain technical and user documentation to guide system operations. Conduct end-user training as needed. Modify and configure vendor-supplied features for production use. Partner with vendors on technical requests, requirements, and troubleshooting. Design and execute test plans to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness. Adhere to established change control and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Epic Home Health and Hospice Certification (required within 180 days of hire; must pass certification within three attempts).
  • Prior Epic support experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability for an on-call weekend rotation.
  • Ability to travel to SLHS Corporate Office as required.
  • Applicable Experience: 3-5 years Epic Anesthesia, Epic OpTime - Epic
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Epic support experience preferred.
