Irrigation Water Manager
About The Position
Lifescape Colorado is seeking an experience Water Manager to join our growing Irrigation Division. The Water Manager is responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of irrigation systems to identify both essential repairs required for system functionality and recommended improvements that enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability. This role ensures precise documentation, clear communication, and the preparation of detailed inspection reports and proposals that support client understanding, Garden Manager collaboration, and departmental revenue objectives. Representation needs to align with Lifescape Colorado’s quality standards and the five service non-negotiables.
Requirements
- Maintain strong understanding of irrigation systems, hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and controller programming.
- Evaluate controller programming for seasonal efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up to date on new irrigation technology and water management strategies.
- Assist in training Technicians and Garden Managers on proper system evaluation and programming techniques
- Ensure accurate zone charts and asset documentation and mapping in Smartlink.
- Ability to run properties in “Smart Mode” and know how to set up smart mode parameters in Smartlink.
