About The Position

Hydro-Tech Irrigation is seeking dependable and hardworking Installers to support our irrigation and outdoor lighting operations. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on installing, repairing, and maintaining underground sprinkler and lighting systems for residential properties.
We are actively hiring to support immediate workload and are looking for individuals who want steady work and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and extended walking
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers

Nice To Haves

• Experience with irrigation, landscaping, or outdoor labor
• Experience installing low-voltage lighting
• Experience using hand tools or trenching equipment
• Valid driver’s license (may qualify for additional hourly pay)

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches and perform repairs on underground sprinkler and drip systems
• Install irrigation components including piping, valves, and system parts
• Install low-voltage landscape lighting systems
• Perform property clean-up after installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
• Support system maintenance to ensure efficiency and performance
