Requirements

Ability to make and keep promises
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass background check
Results-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Great attitude with a desire for growth

Nice To Haves

Irrigation industry experience preferred but not required
Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish)

Responsibilities

Delight our customers
Become an indispensable member of a 2–3-person installation crew
Assist in installing industry leading smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial)
Learn the “Conserva Way” and acquire mastery of irrigation system components (controllers, valves, heads, nozzles piping, wiring)
Maintain a professional approach to attendance, conduct and appearance
Build business trust with co-workers, supervisors and customers (promise made, promise kept)
Adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews
