We are seeking an Irrigation Department Administrator to join our team. As the Irrigation Department Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our Irrigation Department. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. In this role, you will be required to manage multiple projects, collaboration, and daily communication. Role + Responsibilities: Keep detailed spreadsheets and summaries with a high level of accuracy Assist with processing timesheets daily and verifying hours. Review and Update Repair Report Client communication and follow up as needed Maintain administrative continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Update & maintain department databases Submit Billing as needed Assist with SAWS yearly audit process Research and prepare background information ahead of scheduled irrigation jobs Assist with submitting Proposals Maintain department email Filing Work on Special projects Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Compensation is commiserate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of administration and coordination.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with database management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

  • Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive steps to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Willingness to take on special projects as needed.
