About The Position

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions for enterprise clients across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity domains.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 Years Work Experience Level
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• CAD / Vendor Risk / SecOps CIS certification
• CISA / CRISC / ISO 27001 certification

Nice To Haves

• CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM) certification

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor / Third Party Risk, Issues Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Configure: Risk statements, risk scoring & assessment models
• Controls, indicators, attestations
• Regulatory mappings (SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS)
• Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with: Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream
• ERP / Identity / Data platforms using REST APIs & MID Server
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post go live enhancements
• Work with Cyber, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory teams.
