About The Position

The IRM Developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions for enterprise clients. This role spans various domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 Years of Work Experience
• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• CAD / Vendor Risk / SecOps CIS Certification
• CISA / CRISC / ISO 27001 Certification

Nice To Haves

• CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM) Certification

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor / Third‑Party Risk, Issues Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Configure risk statements, risk scoring & assessment models
• Configure controls, indicators, attestations
• Configure regulatory mappings (SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, PCI‑DSS)
• Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with ERP / Identity / Data platforms using REST APIs & MID Server
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post‑go‑live enhancements
• Work with Cyber, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory teams
