The Elizabeth Layton Center is seeking a qualified Individual Placement Support (IPS) Case Manager to serve our community. This position will coordinate with clinicians to assist clients by providing information about employment, as well as connecting clients to employment agencies and/or opportunities with the goal of increasing the consumer’s independence, productivity, self-determination, integration, and inclusion in the community. The IPS Case Manager will primarily focus on providing services in the community, residence, vocational site, program site or other community settings.
