The IPM / Fertigation Specialist is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), fertigation, and water management programs within the cultivation department. This role supports plant health, yield consistency, and regulatory compliance through disciplined scouting, nutrient management, environmental monitoring, and documentation. The IPM / Fertigation Specialist works closely with the Cultivation Manager and cultivation team to ensure plant inputs are applied safely, effectively, and in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. This is a technical, hands-on role requiring strong plant science knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a regulated production environment.
