Requirements
- 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PTAB proceedings strongly preferred
- Technical degree in electrical engineering is desirable
Responsibilities
- Patent and intellectual property disputes in federal court
- Inter partes reviews and other PTAB proceedings
- Strategic patent enforcement and defense across diverse technical disciplines
- Deep collaboration with inventors, in-house counsel, and R&D teams
