About The Position

This position will be posted for a minimum of five calendar days internally. All internal applicants are required to inform your current supervisor/manager prior to applying. Requirements

  • College degree OR equivalent work experience preferred
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licensed (must be obtained within 9 months of hire)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing world class customer service
  • Ability to adapt to investor communication style while servicing our diverse client base
  • Strong willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Must have a high degree of self-motivation and ability to be self-sufficient in utilizing available resources
  • Attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion and judgement in helping investors by applying our processes, policies, and procedures
  • Must be proficient in service, retirement, and product related questions within 9 months of hire or contract conversion
  • Ability to work 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime

Responsibilities
