JOB SUMMARY Manages the flow of information to ensure the company's strategy and financial performance are clearly and accurately communicated to investors and analysts. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; and
  • 5 plus years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or equity research.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration degree.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and manages the quarterly earnings cycle, including the preparation of press releases, presentation slides, conference call scripts, and Q&A documents.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, retail shareholders, and sell-side analysts. This includes serving as a spokesperson, organizing investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows, and responding to inquiries.
  • Responsible for ongoing monitoring and analysis of market trends, industry news, competitor activity, and stock performance are crucial. This intelligence is summarized and presented to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop compelling investor materials while ensuring all public communications adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC rules, Regulation Fair Disclosure).
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, accounting, legal, and corporate communications to ensure message consistency and gather necessary data for reports and disclosures.
  • Responsible for identifying potential new investors and managing investor databases and CRM systems to track interactions and ownership.
  • Serves as the liaison between Vallum Advisors (external consultant) and internal processes
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
