Role summary The Investor Relations (IR) Intern will support ADI’s Investor Relations Team by facilitating a myriad of IR functions (investor targeting, marketing coordination, market analysis, ownership analysis, etc.) What you’ll learn How public companies communicate results to the market (earnings press release, script, Q&A, supplemental financials) How investors evaluate companies using financial statements and business/industry trends How IR teams manage investor interactions and maintain consistent, accurate information externally

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Fundamental understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) through coursework or projects
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting professionally with teammates and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Analytical curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to financial or analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, SAP, Qlikview, PowerBI)

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate and track inbound investor engagement requests
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance the use of AI Tools
  • Assist with basic investor ownership analysis and targeting lists
  • Conduct market research, analyzing external trends in relation to company end markets
